The front yard of this newly built Guelph home was landscaped with carefully selected plantings and the design and installation of a new pavestone driveway. This smaller front yard now has a welcoming front entrance and low maintenance landscaping.

Landscape Features

• Pavestone driveway and entrance

• Natural stone steps

• Limestone boulder placement to retain sloped front yard

• “No grass” landscape – yes what you see in the photos is artificial turf

• Gardens consisting of hydrangeas, weigela and ornamental grasses anchored by a clump birch

Challenges

• The mobilization of equipment and material storage took some careful planning by our project manager and foreman.

• Creating a unique, low maintenance landscape for a customer with a busy lifestyle.
